Spring Pickleball League 📅 Start Date: April 5, 2025 ⏳ Duration: 8 weeks (Every Saturday) 🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM 📍 Location: Cedar Springs Health Racquet & Sportsclub Divisions: 🏆 Women's Doubles | Mixed Doubles | Men's Doubles League Details: DUPR: Matches will be recorded Format: Round Robin, Points-Based Match Structure: Best of 3 sets, each set to 11 points (win by 2) Match Duration: 50 minutes Teammate: Required Skill Level: Open to all levels Intensity: High Equipment: Bring your own paddle 📅 Registration Deadline: March 25, 2025 Cancellation Policy: 10+ days before start date: Full refund (minus a 2.5% processing fee) 7-9 days before start date: 50% refund (minus a 2.5% processing fee) Less than 7 days before start date: No refund To request a refund: Email picklehub@ascpicklehub.com Substitution & Attendance: ✔ Substitutes: A team may bring a substitute if a player is unavailable. The sub must: Be an ASC PickleHub member on DUPR Have a DUPR rating equal to or lower than the missing player Be approved by the organizers in advance ✔ Missed Games: If a team cannot attend, they must notify the organizers as a courtesy to their opponents. ✔ Forfeits: If an entire team is absent, the match will be considered a forfeit. Cancellation Policy

- 7 days before the start date: Full refund, less a 5% processing fee. - No Refund will be issued if cancellation request is sent less than 7 days before the start date. - We kindly ask you to double-check your booking, as we’re unable to offer refunds for duplicate reservations. - Booking the wrong skill level will result in a cancellation. In such cases, credit points — minus a 5% processing fee — will be issued in the form of a coupon for future use.
