We know how passionate you are about building your DUPR Rating and improving your Reliability Score — and we also know it's tough to find the right partner. That’s why we’re relaunching our DUPR Rating Session, ladder format and no partner is needed. Players will register in session catered for specific skill level! Bring your skills and compete to win the most games over the course of 2 hours and build or boost your DUPR. Here’s how it works: 🔹 4 Players are grouped based on their skill level 🔹 The 4 rotate partners, playing 3 games to 15 (win by 1) 🔹 Score is recorded live on DUPR Spots are limited to 4 players. Cancellation Policy
DUPR Rating Session Policy: DUPR-rated sessions require strict adherence to the following policies to ensure fairness and integrity in player ratings. Please read carefully before registering. 1. No Refund Policy: Cancellations will not be refunded. If a player withdraws, we will attempt to fill the spot from the waitlist, but there is no obligation to reimburse the withdrawing player. 2. Withdrawing players may arrange for their own replacement and collect payment directly from them. It is the withdrawing player’s responsibility to notify us in advance with the replacement’s name so we can ensure a proper session setup. 3. If a player cancels without arranging a replacement and the spot remains unfilled on the game day and ruining the game for the other 3 players, that player will not be eligible to join future DUPR sessions with PickleHub. 4. Same-Day Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours Notice) will result in suspension from booking if repeated more than once. 5. Players who leave during an active DUPR session will not be allowed to participate again until further notice. 6. Failure to show up without notice will result in disqualification from all future DUPR Rating Sessions. 7. All sessions begin promptly. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that, if a substitute is on-site, they will take the late player’s spot for the entire session. 8. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the session if it has already started with the available substitute. No Refunds or Exceptions will be made for lateness. 9. If you cannot attend, notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing picklehub@ascpicklehub.com. 10. If you are booking for family or friend, you must register their details, not yours. 11. All players must be members of our DUPR Club to participate in rating sessions. Membership is free and can be joined here: https://dashboard.dupr.com/dashboard/browse/clubs/5784062321 12. In DUPR Rating Sessions, we use two formats: a) DUPR Ladder and b)Team Ladder. 13. After each set, scores must be recorded immediately on the provided scorecard and handed over to the organizer. 14. Please check your DUPR results after the session and let us know if amendment is required.
