Social Ladder Playing Session – November Edition Get ready for 2 hours of continuous fun, competition, and great vibes! Our Social Ladder Playing Sessions are back — every Sunday in November from 9:00–11:00 AM at Pickleball Pad, Burlington. Here’s how it works: - Book your spot (no partner needed). - Players are lined up by skill level. - Each court has 4 players. - Each round is 10 minutes — winning team moves up, losing team moves down, and everyone rotates partners. 👉 Format Highlights: - Player Group: Coed - Level: Open (all skill levels welcome) - Ball Used: ONIX Indoor (Orange) - Court Surface: Soft gym court - DUPR: Not recorded This is the perfect chance to meet new players, boost your game, and enjoy friendly competitive play in a welcoming atmosphere. 📅 Date: Sunday, Nov 2 🕘 Time: 9:00–11:00 AM 📍 Location: Pickleball Pad, Burlington Spots are limited — secure yours now and join the climb up the ladder!

Cancellation Policy
Playing Session Policy: 1. Please ensure you book into a session that matches your skill level and meets any DUPR requirements listed. 2. If you don't have the right reliability score to play in your DUPR level, please book the next lower level to your rating. 3. To ensure the session runs smoothly and remains balanced, the organizers reserve the right to move players up "one" level when there aren’t enough participants in a certain group. This ensures everyone still gets a quality game experience. 4. Players with a higher DUPR rating may choose to join a lower-rated session to accompany a family member or friend. In such cases, they are expected to adjust their level of play and remain considerate of the session’s intended skill level to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all participants. 5. Players with a lower DUPR rating are not permitted to join sessions intended for higher-rated players, in order to maintain competitive balance and ensure player safety. If you book a session that is higher than your skill level, your spot will be cancelled and a credit minus a 5% processing fee will be issued to your account. 6. No Refunds on booked Playing Sessions. Once a session or a package is booked, refunds are not issued. 7. Any double bookings will be cancelled and refunded with a 5% processing fee deducted. 8. If you are booking on behalf of another player, please ensure you use their full details, including their email address, not yours. This helps avoid duplicate bookings and unnecessary cancellations. 9. Booked spots are not transferable. Please check with the organizers before sharing your spot.
